1. When you imbue your weapon with resins or spells (such as Charcoal pine resin,Sunlightblade etc.); the buff highlights your weapons "sweet spot." For instance: a halberd, it would highlight the blade of it and only dimly for the pole. To get more specific: the Helix Halberd, it would highlight the center 'shaft' of the weapon. So if you were wondering what your weapon's sweet spot was, just put a resin on it and voila.
2. Everyone knows that the Undead Crypt is a "ghostly" or "skeletony" type of place. But it is seriously corrupt. Everyone's seen the altar in the Cardinal Tower bonfire in Forest of the Fallen Giants. But did you know that in the Undead Crypt, there multiple of the same altars carved into the walls. With one small change. Their faces are. Well. Skulls. Along with that, the little angels engraved on the top of the arches have a similar abnormality. Their faces too are skulls. Now you know just how peaceful,loving and caring the Undead Crypt is.
I recommend zoikoikum's youtube channel. His videos are interesting and his commentary is funny. He gave me a lot of information about Dark Souls 2.
